This financial data is covered by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of third party software used by us or you in connection with supply of services to you by us. We access your financial data on your behalf, we input and edit your data as part of our bookkeeping service. We do our utmost to ensure that your financial data is protected & secure.

Purposes for which we hold your Information

Non-Personal Data

We use the non-personal data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get abetter understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.

Personal Data

We will process any personal data you provide to us for the following purposes:

Please note all credit card or other payment information is transmitted using SSL encryption. All payment information details, including credit card numbers and bank details, are permanently deleted from our servers when the payment has been processed.

We use the financial data entered in to the third party software for the purposes of bookkeeping, tax compliance and other services as agreed from time to time.
